Daum exceeds 10 billion won in revenues in November

December 6, 2001 - Daum Communications(CEO Lee Jae-woong, www.daum.net) announced that it recorded 11.3 billion won of revenues in November and it is the first time it has exceeded 10 billion won. Daum achieved 9.5 billion won of revenues for October and its accumulated revenues for October and November have amounted to 20.8 billion won exceeding its revenues for its third quarter of 22.4 billion won.
Daum contributed its record of exceeding 10 billion won in revenues in November to numerous reasons, such as, recovery of e-commerce business in the fourth quarter, aggressive marketing activities of its sales force, advertisements targeting small amount using its Messenger service and others.
In addition, it expects to achieve continuous revenues increase in December due to the year-end specialties.
