Daum shopping attains revenues of 13 billion won for March

Daum shopping(shop.daum.net) reported monthly revenues for March were 13 billion won, increased 261% over the same period in 2001, and total amount of money in transitions, including Auction and Soho mall was about 20 billion won.
It is very meaningful since it is calculated only with individual transaction, excluding ASP model and VAT, and determined only by Daum users of portal services rather than specialized shopping malls.
Daum noted that the increase was caused by successful outcomes in @ white day events, @ consistent increase of re-purchaser, @ 1:1 targeting such as anniversary notice services, @ Back-to-School events. Daum shopping started with 6 shops and 2,037 kinds of products, and now it has grown as a total shopping mall with 222 shops and 150,000 kinds of products in two years.
