Daum wins Governance Awards with KT, POSCO, KT&G, LG

Daum was selected as company with the best Corporate Governance with KT&G, KT, POSCO, LGT,and LG Micron.
The Corporate Governance Service (CGS) awarded Daum Communications, KT, POSCO, KT&G, LG Telecom and LG Micron as companies with the best corporate governance for 2004.
The CGS said that the six firms were recognized as businesses with strong commitments on improving their corporate governance standards.
Daum Communications was praised for the large composition of foreigners on its board. Daum Communications currently has four foreign directors on its nine-member board.
