Daum will establish holding company, “Fenix Acquisition Corp.“, for the acquisition of Lycos (Money Today, FSS)
Daum made a disclosure that the company will establish holding company, “Fenix Acquisition Corp“ for the purpose of acquiring Lycos.
The holding company will have capital stock of 112.7bn won and Daum now has 15 subsidiaries.
The company insider explained that for the acquisition of Lycos, Daum decided to change its investment method from direct investment to investment through establishing holding company.
