2007-03-05, Daum launched "Red Bell" service, a hot line for the users to report any kinds of inconveniences they encounter while using Daum services. Users will be able to find the "Red Bell" on Daum“stop page as well as on the front pages of each services. "Red Bell" service is one of Daum“sefforts to maximize customer satisfaction and upgrade user experience.
