In compliance with the Financial Supervisory Service recommendations, Kakao’s financial results are announced within 45 to 90 days (in the case of annual results) from the ending of each quarter.

Kakao’s financial statements are made available within 45 days after the quarterly closing date, and 90 days after the annual closing date, via the Financial Supervisory Service Data Analysis Retrieval and Transfer System (http://dart.fss.or.kr). The same information will be also available in the Financial Information section of our Investor Relations web page.

The general shareholders' meeting of Kakao will be held within 90 days after the end of the fiscal year. It was held on March 29, 2021, March 25, 2020, March 26, 2019. Kakao will notify shareholders of the date and place of the meeting through electronic disclosure and at our website or individual notice at least 14 days prior to the date of the shareholders' meeting.

As of the end of 1Q 2021, there are 2,713 full time and part time employees working for Kakao and, if the employees from all subsidiaries are included, there are 11,144 employees in total.
